A complete remodelling and internal and external refurbishment of a 1960's bungalow.

The floor plan was reworked to remove most of the internal walls and create open plan living spaces, separated with glazed packet doors for flexibility but maintaining visibility. The kitchen and dining ceiling was vaulted and gable glazing was added to the rear wall to create connection to the garden.

Externally the building was thermally upgraded and modernised in keeping with the architectural style, clad in cedar with black painted brick and new windows.
