NO. 363
This 1940’s property had been owned by a single family and untouched since the 70’s. It was a nostalgic treasure trove of retro wallpaper, electric fireplaces and significant damp. A ‘project’ taken on by a newly engaged couple, one of which luckily happens to be a builder.
The two storey extension opens up the ground floor of the property and creates a large open plan kitchen and living area with sliding doors to the garden.
An orangery style roof over the dining area brings natural daylight into the heart of the ground floor plan.
Within the first floor extension, a master suite was created with an adjoining dressing room and en-suite.
